Role Summary
The Payroll Officer supports the accurate and timely processing of payroll across the Australian business. Reporting to the Payroll Lead, the role is responsible for processing payroll transactions, maintaining payroll records, assisting with payroll compliance activities and responding to routine payroll enquiries.
The position requires experience working within a complex payroll environment, including exposure to Enterprise Agreements, roster-based workforces and payroll-related legislation. The successful candidate will be able to process payroll activities with a high degree of accuracy and work independently on day-to-day payroll matters while collaborating with Finance, Human Resources and operational stakeholders.
