Role Summary

Position: Customer Support, O&G

 

CHC Helikopter Service  has entered several exciting and long-term O&G customers for helicopter services across several bases and helicopter types, and we see the need to strengthen our team.   We are happy to share that we have an open position as Customer Support, O&G. The position will report to Operations Control Centre Supervisor (OCC Supervisor) and will be an integral part of the CHC Operations Control Centre (OCC).

The OCC is responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating the day-to-day operation of our onshore- and offshore bases including:

  • Customer coordination
  • Planning, execution, supervision and control of the daily flight program
  • Cross-department coordination as relevant
  • Billing control
  • Crew planning and crew cost control
  • Tracking delays, penalties and buyback

Key Responsibilities

  • Bridging communication between OCC and customers in day-to-day tasks
  • Support initiatives and developments in our partnerships with O&G customers
  • Take active part in planning of daily flight program
  • Take active part in long-term planning of flight program according to forecasts
  • Good understanding of customer contracts and requirements, as relevant to OCC
  • Participate in operations review meetings with customers
  • Support OCC desk controller daytime and as agreed with OCC Supervisor
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives relevant to OCC
