CHC Helicopter is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our UK operations. This role acts as the key link between the business and global HR, delivering expert guidance to leaders and employees while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance, and employee lifecycle activities.
Deliver and localise global HR programs (performance, talent, compensation, engagement).
Ensure compliance and governance across policies, processes, and HR data.
Drive efficient HR operations and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Degree in HR, Law, or Business (CIPD desirable).
Proven HR generalist experience; HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred).
