Who we are

Offshore Services Australasia (OSA) is the leading supplier of helicopters services to the Australian Offshore industry. We operate multiple helicopter types from several bases throughout Australia providing support to several major oil and gas producers.

 

 

About the role

We have an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic candidate to join our Supply Chain Department at our Darwin, NT base in a permanent full-time position.

 

Reporting to the Stores and Inventory Supervisor, the Stores Person will be responsible for accurately managing all movements of supplies within the warehouse. The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake domestic travel to our other locations in Australia, when required. This is a fixed‑base role, operating on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catalogue and label storage details on items ensuring all goods received conform with regulatory and company policies.
  • Process and complete orders including selection and issue of parts.
  • Receive and ship domestic and international freight.
  • Process the return of goods back to stock.
  • Conduct binning and replenishment.
  • Assist with stock takes.
  • Update AMOS system as required.
  • Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness and safety standards to ensure the store area is in a presentable condition.
  • Play a key role in CHC’s ability to set the standard for safety, helping to maintain our position as world leader.
  • Assist at our other locations with Stores and Inventory when required.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

About You

  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrable ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • 1-2 years of previous warehousing experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Forklift license preferred.
  • AMOS experience desirable.
  • Dangerous Goods and WHIMIS training an advantage.
