Role Summary

The CHC Global Fleet Planning Manager will develop global fleet plan strategies and implement value-generating projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for resource determination, planning, and priorities required to execute business plans and needs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, monitor progress, drive initiatives, and communicate project statuses with key stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

 

This will be a remote position based in the Dallas, TX area and at times, onsite work as well as some international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft innovative medium-term and long-term global fleet strategies that fully leverage supply/demand insights, modern fleet technology, the rationalization of aging assets, and optimization initiatives across our global network.
  • Prepare and oversee project budget and resources while collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Support commercial opportunities including aircraft selection, configuration analysis, and mobilization activities
  • Manage aircraft redeployment activities throughout the CHC global network
  • Oversee/audit of aircraft configuration status and changes required through modifications
  • Assist with lease returns including planning, facilitation, oversight of lessor lease return visits

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • At least 2 years of work experience in the oil & gas, helicopter, and/or airline industry.
  • BS in Business, Engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Direct experience in the aircraft leasing industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills
  • Proven project management planning and execution skills and experience
  • Demonstrated decision making skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence all internal stakeholders and external bodies recognizing cultural, legal and regional diversity
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in the financial and budgeting planning process.
