Role Summary

Following an internal promotion, we are seeking a UK Maintenance Manager to lead, support, and inspire our engineering teams across all UK sites. This role is pivotal in ensuring maintenance operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably, while fostering the development and success of our people.

The UK Maintenance Manager is a key leadership role responsible for directing, developing, and motivating a skilled maintenance team across CHC Scotia’s UK bases. With your leadership, the team will deliver a world-class, professional engineering operation that meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

You will champion collaboration across the Engineering organisation and work closely with the Director of Global Maintenance to standardise, improve, and implement consistent processes and procedures across all operations. Every shift, you will drive operational excellence — ensuring quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.

Safety will be your foremost priority. You will promote and maintain a strong safety culture through secure work practices, effective housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead by example, inspiring and supporting your team to reach their full potential, while fostering productive relationships with stakeholders, partners, trade unions, and customers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to lead and deliver change within a complex, multi-site operational environment. You will combine strong technical engineering expertise with effective leadership and management skills. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and engage others will be essential to your success.
