Role Summary

Join CHC Helicopter and help protect what matters most—our people and our assets. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Benefits & Insurance Manager to support our employee benefits, corporate insurance programs and shared services team across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll

  • Support global benefits and risk administration programs (medical, disability, liability, aircraft, property, etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing and resolving eligibility and claims issues
  • Collaborate across departments to support budgeting, reporting, and compliance
  • Champion Workday in North America, driving HR data integrity and system optimization
  • Collaborate with Sr. Management and global teams to support HR initiatives and operational projects
  • Coordinate and manage Certificates of Insurance
  • Analyze reports, verify data accuracy, and provide detailed information to support data driven decision making
  • Provide global support to employees and managers through the HR Self-Service Tool (Halo ITSM)

 

You’ll report to the Sr. Manager of Global Benefits, HRIS & HR Shared Services, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Min 3 years’ experience with HR Management System (Workday preferred)
  • Min 3 years’ experience in health & welfare benefit administration (specifically retirement plans)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Working knowledge of risk insurance practices preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
