Role Summary

Join us as a Strategic Process Integration Sr Manager at the AMOS Competence Center in CHC, where you will lead the charge in implementing, training, and providing technical support for AMOS. Your pivotal role will ensure seamless alignment of processes with CHC's strategic vision, driving innovation and growth in the helicopter industry. This position will be remote and not Country specific.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the timely achievement of key operational milestones by utilizing AMOS as the primary tool for planning, tracking, and reporting, contributing directly to the business's success and playing a crucial role in driving organizational growth
  • Maintain robust process and procedure that ensures AMOS remains current, software updates are planned and carried out with minimal downtime and the prompt resolution or escalation of technical assist issues.
  • Establish and maintain effective interfaces with SWISS AS to cultivate a strong support relationship with the developer, fostering collaboration and efficiency
  • Ensure effective interfaces with the CHC IT team are established and effective in managing and analyzing system performance, faults, hardware and network issues, software bugs and capacity limitations
  • Be the guiding star in developing and implementing the AMOS user training program and best practice guides. Dive into user testing programs for new changes and app development, making learning a thrilling adventure!
  • Develop suitable reporting tools as required to support the operational reporting and dashboard requirements, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic insights
  • Support performance delivery aligned with the goals and objectives for the ACC team that aim to exceed the CHC business plan and KPI requirements
  • Support and reflect the business objectives of the organization
  • International travel as required (25%)
  • In person facilitation of training required

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Preferred qualifications include a University Degree in Business Administration, Aviation, Engineering, IT, or equivalent education, training, and at least 5 years of experience in AMOS management
  • AMOS Super User certified preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, in an AMOS supporting role
  • Experience in successfully leading in an administrative environment, with a proven track record
  • Completion of a wide range of AMOS APN and module training
  • Demonstrated AMOS SQL report design preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical thinker; detail- and process oriented
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaborative problem solving skills with an ability to implement solutions
  • Ability to lead in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
