We have an opportunity for an AMO Technical Administrator to join our team in West Perth, WA either remotely or in office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, distribution continuous improvement of the AMO technical document suite.

 

Responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager Part 145, and Safety and Quality Manager to provide frontline engineering staff with adequate processes to conduct maintenance activities by considering human performance limitations and human factors. This will involve the development, distribution and continuous improvement of AMO Work Instructions, Expositions and forms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and update of the CASA Approved AMO Exposition to remain current and accurate with organisational maintenance activities
  • Development and update of the AMO Work Instruction suite to support frontline staff in the conduct of AMO maintenance and administrative activities
  • Development and update of the AMO forms and templates to support the AMO management and frontline staff in the conduct of AMO maintenance and administrative activities
  • Participate in regulator and customer audits with the provision of compliance documentation
  • Intranet maintenance – update, manage and maintain the CHC intranet platform with required AMO manuals, work instructions and forms documentation
  • Collaborate with and support the AMO Training administrator with the development and update of relevant training material in the support of education management and staff on the AMO documentation suite and associated work instruction material.
  • Contribute to the development of local policies and procedures ensuring consistency and adherence to industry standards

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Sound knowledge of AMO policies, practices, and relevant legislation with the ability to ensure legislative and regulatory requirements are met
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access)
  • Analytical thinker with strong details orientation
  • Ability to learn technical, detailed procedures as required for this function
