CHC Helicopter is a large helicopter services company, specializing in transportation to offshore oil and gas platforms, civilian search and rescue and air medical evacuation services and helicopter maintenance repair and overhaul. CHC Helicopters Netherlands BV is recruiting for a temporary part time vacancy for the position of Technical Records Administrator starting July 2025, with the opportunity for a permanent appointment, based in Den Helder, The Netherlands.

 

Purpose of the job

The primary role of the Technical Records Administrator is responsible to handle the Technical (Maintenance) Records and operational data according the customer’s, the authorites and company’s own requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correctness of the maintenance compliance data in the log books and

technical records computer applications;

  • Updating, checking, and correcting as required the flight data in the technical

records computer applications;

  • Updating, checking, and correcting as required the technical records in the log books

and technical records computer applications;

  • Filing the technical records;
  • Maintaining the technical records archive;
  • Follow-up on error correction notifications;
  • Review and process the airworthiness records for received or to be returned rotables.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Specific job requirements

  • MBO-4 working and or educational level;
  • Preferred 2 years of work experience in an aviation company or environment;
  • Affinity with technical details;
  • Affinity with computer programs;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (writing and speaking);
  • Ability to live and work in The Netherlands.
