The Contract Manager (CM) will be responsible for the overall performance of CHC operations at the NAWSARH bases and communication with the customer and live up to and promote the Company Core Values Contract administration and refining processing to improve performance for CHC is a must, while developing measures and driving improvements within customer support. The CM will drive and implement change and improvements for all CHC related needs to ensure customer satisfaction is balanced between service level and CHC performance.
