    Role Summary

    Role Summary

    To serve as Dallas HQ receptionist and office coordinator whilst interfacing with external (customers, suppliers),security activities (badging for internal and external individuals), helping schedule meeting rooms, maintaining office supplies and coordinating facility needs.

    In addition you will provide administrative assistance to the assigned executives and their PA. Assisting with scheduling travel and interviews for external and internal candidates

    • Front desk receptionist and office coordination duties, including interfacing with external groups (customers, suppliers), security activities (badging for internal and external individuals), helping schedule meeting rooms, maintaining office supplies and coordinating facility needs.
    • Provide administrative assistance to assigned executives
    • Provide back up support to executive administrative assistants
    • Coordinating on boarding activities for new Dallas based employees
    • Assisting with scheduling travel and interviews for external and internal candidates
    • Help set up and manage job profiles across Company
    • Provide assistance on a variety of HR areas including Workday data integrity, H.R. analytics and communications.

    Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

    Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

    • Bachelor Degree – Preferred
    • 2- 3 years proven experience working in a fast pasted environment in an administrative capacity, interfacing with both internal and external populations
    • Strong organisation skills, ability to manage multiply tasks simultaneously
